We left Warm Springs Bay and headed South for the short run to Red Bluff Bay. Each day on this trip was more beautiful than the previous. More whales and mountains and waterfalls.

Capt Ron pulled Ursa Major right up to the large waterfall (see the picture on the Ursa Major page) so that we could see it up close.

The entrance to the bay is hidden and very narrow. Capt. Ron had obviously been there before.

Ursa Major has 5 kayaks onboard and after some lessons from Josh, we headed out.

There were seals, deer and a brown bear...and two very tired kayakers.


I think Maria counted 27 waterfalls.

As you can see we like waterfalls...probably because we don't see many in South Florida.
